All people are born with a sinful nature and separated from God because of sin. Because of His great love, God sent His Son, Jesus Christ, to provide a way for humanity to be reconciled to Him. Salvation is not earned by good works but received by grace through faith in Jesus Christ. Salvation is the free gift of God, given through faith in Jesus Christ, who died and rose again for our sins. By accepting Him as Lord and Savior, we are forgiven, transformed, and granted eternal life in fellowship with God. . 2 Corinthians 5:21 – “God made Him who had no sin to be sin for us, so that in Him we might become the righteousness of God.”

Baptism is an act of obedience, a symbol of new life in Christ, and a public declaration of faith. It represents the believer’s identification with Jesus’ death, burial, and resurrection, marking the start of a transformed life lived for God. Baptism does not save by itself; salvation comes through faith in Jesus Christ. Jesus Himself was baptized—not because He needed forgiveness, but to fulfill all righteousness and to set an example for believers to follow. 1 Peter 3:21 – “And this water symbolizes baptism that now saves you also—not the removal of dirt from the body but the pledge of a clear conscience toward God. It saves you by the resurrection of Jesus Christ.”
